Responsible by design
Explainable outputs so staff can see why a recommendation was made and override it; bias monitoring where decisions affect people; UK/EU data residency and GDPR-compliant handling; and a clear line on what the system decides versus what it suggests. Frequently asked questions
Do we need huge amounts of data?
Not always. Many valuable systems work on a few years of operational records; the data review tells you honestly before you spend on a build.
Do you use ChatGPT / large language models?
Where they fit — document understanding, assistants, summarisation — with your data kept private and outputs grounded in your own sources. For prediction and scoring, classical machine learning is usually cheaper, faster and easier to explain.
Can staff override the AI?
Yes, and they should be able to. We build review queues, overrides and audit trails as standard.
Where does our data go?
UK or EU hosting by default, encrypted at rest and in transit, with data-processing terms provided for your governance team.
