Digital Signage Solutions

Digital menu boards, video walls, drive-thru and interactive screens with central content management. Designed, installed and supported by NHZ Global across the USA and UK.

Screens that sell, inform and never show yesterday's prices.

NHZ Global designs, supplies, installs and supports digital signage for restaurants, retailers, airports, offices and public buildings. We have delivered everything from a four-screen takeaway menu board to nationwide networks with thousands of displays, and we build the software behind them as well as fitting the hardware. Whether you want a proven cloud platform such as OnSign TV or Scala, our own AdShow signage software, or a custom platform integrated with your EPOS and stock systems, we scope it, price it as one fixed quote and stand behind it after go-live.

What we deliver

  • Digital menu boards for quick-service restaurants, cafés and takeaways — day-part scheduling, price changes from one place, EPOS integration so the board always matches the till.
  • Retail digital signage — window, aisle-end, checkout and shelf-edge screens with campaign scheduling by store, region or nationally.
  • Drive-thru displays — high-brightness outdoor enclosures, order-confirmation screens and weatherproof installation.
  • Video walls for receptions, showrooms and control rooms — narrow-bezel panels, controllers, calibration and content designed for the wall's shape.
  • Touch-interactive kiosks — self-order, wayfinding, check-in and product configurators with custom-built software.
  • Passenger and public information displays — real-time feeds from flight, transport or booking systems to every screen.
  • Corporate and internal comms screens — live KPIs, safety stats and calendars from your own systems, with templates non-designers can use.
  • Digital billboards and DOOH — large-format LED, ad scheduling and remote monitoring.

Software: cloud platform or your own?

For a handful of screens with standard content, a cloud CMS is the fastest route: we set up OnSign TV, Scala or Yodeck, design your templates and train your team, and you pay a modest per-screen subscription. When you have thirty or more screens, need content driven from your own EPOS, stock or booking systems, or want to resell signage to your own customers, per-screen fees and generic feature sets start to hurt. That is where our AdShow platform and fully custom signage builds come in: no per-screen licence, integrations written for your business, and you own the platform.

Hardware we supply and install

Commercial-grade displays rated for 16/7 or 24/7 use (Samsung, LG, Philips), external media players or built-in system-on-chip, high-brightness window and outdoor units, video-wall panels and controllers, touch overlays and kiosk enclosures. We are an authorised reseller for leading display and CCTV brands and handle mounting, cabling, networking and configuration, usually outside trading hours so your site keeps running.

How a signage project runs

  1. Site survey and content plan — what each screen needs to show, where it goes, how bright it must be, what it connects to.
  2. Fixed-price proposal covering hardware, software, content design, installation and support, itemised so you can remove anything you don't need.
  3. Content design — menu boards, promotions and templates built to your brand.
  4. Installation and commissioning — one site or a phased multi-site rollout using a pilot site to prove the playbook first.
  5. Monitoring and support — we know a screen is black before you do, with UK-based support and on-site engineers where needed.

Indicative pricing (USD, GBP in brackets)

A takeaway with four 50″ menu boards, cloud software and a designed menu set typically costs $4,500–$8,500 (£3,500–£6,500) installed, then $50–$160 (£40–£120) a month for software. A retail chain or restaurant group with EPOS integration and a custom platform is a $52,000–$115,000 (£40,000–£90,000) project. Every quote is fixed-price; see our digital signage buyer's guide for a full cost breakdown.

Frequently asked questions

How many screens do I need for a digital menu board?

Most counters use two to four landscape screens. Plan roughly one screen per 20–25 menu items so text stays readable from the queue; we confirm sizes and positions in the site survey.

Can I use my existing TVs?

For a trial, yes. For daily commercial use a commercial display is more reliable, brighter, warrantied for the purpose and usually has a built-in media player, so it is what we recommend and supply.

Does digital signage need a permanent internet connection?

Only to receive updates. A properly configured player caches content locally and keeps playing if the connection drops.

Can prices on the screens come straight from my till system?

Yes. EPOS integration is one of the most common requirements we deliver, so the price on the board is always the price at the till.

How long does installation take?

A single site with a few screens is usually one day. Multi-site rollouts are scheduled site by site, typically outside trading hours.

Do you cover the whole of the UK?

Yes. We are based in Slough, Berkshire and install nationwide, with partners for the USA and the Gulf.
